AREA OF JURISDICTION

The navigable waters of the Saguenay Port Authority consist of all tidal waters of the Saguenay River above an imaginary line drawn across the river between Cap Ouest and the Pelletier River as far as another imaginary line below the Sainte-Anne Bridge seventy metres (70.00 m) from and parallel to the centre thereof.
