The focus will also be on international prospecting for new projects, in "close collaboration" with Promotion Saguenay.
"The Port of Saguenay intends to stand out in the development of its industrial port zone, recognized as one of the largest in Canada, by attempting to establish strategic links linked to sustainable development. Our desire is to create an intelligent industrial development space, integrated into its environment and, above all, to develop in an eco-design approach ", explained Stéphane Bédard, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Port of Saguenay.
The annual meeting, held in virtual mode on Wednesday, gave the organization a look back at 2020, which was "busy" despite the economic climate and the cancellation of the cruise season.
